Carolyn Clark

Carolyn Clark, L.M.T., is a Licensed Massage Therapist devoted to the John Barnes Myofascial Release approach. Drawn to bodywork through her own journey with chronic pain, she discovered Myofascial Release while in massage school and recognized it as a turning point in her healing. That experience reshaped her understanding of the body as something to listen to rather than fix. Rooted in patience, presence, and respect for the body’s inherent wisdom, Carolyn creates a grounded space where clients feel supported and safe enough to soften. Through gentle, sustained work, she helps clients uncover patterns held in restriction and reconnect with their capacity for lasting change.

Carolyn Clark is a Licensed Massage Therapist devoted to the practice of John Barnes Myofascial Release. Her work is rooted in patience, presence, and deep respect for the body’s inherent wisdom.

Carolyn was drawn to massage therapy through her own experience with chronic pain. While in massage school, she was introduced to Myofascial Release and immediately recognized it as the missing piece in her own healing. Receiving this work changed the way she understood her body — not as something to fix, but as something to listen to.

Having experienced the healing impact of Myofascial Release in her own life, Carolyn understands how meaningful it is to feel truly supported in the healing process. She believes healing is not forced, but invited, and that when we feel safe enough to soften, the body remembers its way home.

Through her practice, she guides clients in reconnecting with their bodies, helping them uncover patterns held in restriction and gently supporting lasting change. Her intention is to hold a grounded, supportive space where clients can slow down, feel deeply, and rediscover their own ability to heal.
